Today we found out that Baby #2 is a BOY!
Reese & I picked Jon up from school this morning, then went over for our ultrasound. We were both so anxious sitting in that waiting room! FINALLY, (after 12 minutes of waiting) the tech came to get us.
She first showed us our cute baby...it was laying straight across my belly. Head on the left. Feet on the right. Then a few other fun views. It's hand was up resting on it's forehead. (pictured above)
Then there IT was. She went to the perfect view of spread legs & she didn't even have to say anything. My heart jumped & Jon spoke (I couldn't) "That's a view of the legs right? Then...it's a BOY!"
We have both felt this whole time that this baby was going to be a boy. We are so excited to now know for sure that it is in fact a baby boy who will be joining our family in the Fall!
We are so thankful, blessed & happy about it!
Now let the battle of the names begin...

I am SO happy that you are having a boy!! It is the best having one of each and tempting not to have any more ;) I can't wait to see him and hear what you decide to name him...good luck with that!
Woohoo! One of each, now the pressure is off. Boys looove their mamas...it's great.

All the names are great! Good luck fighting it out. If all else fails...Dylan said that the name "Adam is very simple and just a nice, cool name." The just today he said...Micheal is nice too. That's all you are getting from the Bird Family. If it was up to other people we would of had kids named....Tweety, Larry, Jay, Robin, etc.... Good Luck!
