On April 30th Cortnie was kind enough to host a baby shower for me at her house. It was a so much fun to have so many family members & good friends there to celebrate the arrival of this little baby girl!
A huge thanks to Cort & my mom for all the time, money & efforts they spent making it wonderful! Also, thanks to jon's awesome mom, sisters & in-laws for their help...thanks!
I am so lucky to have all of you in my life!
On May 6th my cute room moms & class had a baby shower for me. They played a few games & watched me open gifts. The were funny because with each gift opened they would "ohhhh & awwww." Their favorite game was the "guess which candy bar is melted in the diaper!" Some of them were a little too hesitant to play that one...others thought it was the coolest thing ever!
Then on May 9th we had a faculty shower for all the babies at work! The picture above has jessica @ 37 weeks, marla @ 38 weeks & me @36 weeks! Thanks SO much to EVERYONE who was a part of any of these fun showers. jon & i feel so blessed to have so many people who love & support us! We have had so much fun putting her adorable clothes away in her closet & organizing all her fun books, toys & baby stuff. People keep asking us if we are ready...are you ever ready? I think we be ready when we have to be...until then we just anxious as can be!
